The Wife of Akwa Ibom State Governor, Mrs. Martha Udom Emmanuel, earlier today, led the team of Family Empowerment Youth Re-Orientation Programme (FEYReP) to commission a fully equipped bungalow with water and electricity which she built for Madam Arit Abia, a widow with 5 grandchildren in Ewang Community in Mbo Local Government Area.
