Blue hour on a wet morning at Rapid Bay . I shot this from a nearby hill overlooking the old and new jetties. On a good day, diving is a popular recreation that I'm now more aware of since Marianne has her diving certificate! Image taken with a 3 stop hard GND pre dawn as light started to magically appear.
